Spicy Mayo
Creamy, spicy mayo is an excellent dip with appetizers or spread on burgers and sandwiches needing a kick.
Spicy, creamy, a little smoky, and full of flavour. This spicy mayo is the perfect topping for burgers, sandwiches, wraps, or use as a dip with snacks, appetizers, or tapas.
This dip can easily be made vegan by substituting the mayonnaise with vegan mayonnaise. For those who like a tangier spread, the mayonnaise can be swapped with plain pressed Greek yogurt, or vegan alternative.
Give this a taste before transferring into an airtight container and add additional garlic, or adjust seasonings if needed. If you really like it smoky, add a drop of liquid smoke to really kick it up a notch!
