Mango Cocktail

Fruity with a kick, this mango cocktail recipe is perfect for brunch or any summer day.


Refreshing and fruity, this is a lovely mango cocktail great for a brunch, lunch, or anytime you want to kick back. Particularly ideal for Mother's Day, or any gathering with friends. Unfortunately, this cocktail is not suitable for children, though to make a virgin version, just substitute the vodka with 7UP.


This cocktail is quite fast and easy to make with store-bought juices, but to take it to the next level, try it using fresh squeezed!


If you can't find Absolute Vodka in mango flavour, this can be substituted for plain vodka, or even another flavour, like raspberry or pear.

 

Ingredients

(Makes 3 servings)

  • 1 cup mango juice

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1/4 cup Absolut Mango vodka

  • 1/4 cup grapefruit juice

  • ice

 

Directions

Combine ingredients in an ice shaker. Shake, serve and enjoy responsibly.


Optional: Garnish with mango cubes, or fresh herbs or rosemary sprig.
